Now we're here.
We're Mae & Tomi. We started Crumb & Co out of a home kitchen in 2022, doing weekend pop-ups out of a market stall in Hackney. Two years and a lot of bread later, we opened this shop on Hoe Street.
Most of what we do is the boring stuff — slow-roasting meats overnight, pickling things, baking cookies, chasing down a better hot sauce. The fun stuff is making the sandwich for you.
